I was the girl who started meditating before age ten. Who asked her parents for therapy at twelve. Who pushed herself through extreme yoga every morning before school - chasing something I couldn’t name yet.

I was devoted to growth long before I had language for it. And that devotion took me far. Into bodybuilding. Into coaching. Into building something that looked, from the outside, like a purposeful life.

But I was exhausted in a way that rest couldn’t fix. My body was signaling what my mind hadn’t caught up to yet: this isn’t it.

Then came my Saturn return — and with it, my first past life regression.

Nothing prepared me for what happened in that session. Something ancient in me recognized itself. For the first time in my life, I didn’t feel like I was searching for home. I was home — in my body, in my purpose, on this planet.

That experience didn’t just change my path. It revealed it had been there all along.

I went on to train formally in hypnotherapy, NLP, past life regression, somatic healing, shamanic practice, Reiki, and more — because I was hungry to understand what I’d experienced and how to create that same moment of homecoming for others.

That’s been my devotion ever since.
