I had always been a high achiever: I prioritized getting good grades, I started meditating before 10 years old, I asked my parents to take me to therapy so I could work on my self growth, and by 15 I was doing extreme forms of yoga before and after school… on a quest for inner peace.

This is when I was shown my soul mission, of creating The Mystical Life Launchpad… but at the time, I felt like I was given the wrong mission. I didn’t know how to build it or what steps to take.

But my work ethic carried me even when I didn’t know the answers, and within a few years I had started sharing holistic wellness online, while continuing my own self growth journey.

This is when I found bodybuilding, and quickly moved up the ranks from local to national level competitions, while helping hundreds all over the world master their own health and wellness too.

Until my work ethic couldn’t carry me any longer… I found myself burnt out. I was burnt out from my own lifestyle, and I could also see that so many of the people who came to me for workout programs were actually seeing better results from emotional and energetic mastery.

I had to rescue myself from this burnout, and I knew that meant adopting a completely new lifestyle. This frustration led me to deeper learning, becoming certified as a hypnotherapist, NLP coach, EFT and meditation guide, tantra coach, to commit to regular sound healing frequencies, and eventually book my first past life regression.

As I navigated my Saturn return, I studied these higher level spiritual topics, and I found myself feeling something I had never felt before:

I felt at home.

At home in my body, at home on this planet, at home in my purpose, at home even when people didn’t understand me…

I had my spark back… but the thing is, I never even knew it was missing.
